To ensure appropriate staffing, risk management, and service quality, ABCAF respectfully requests 3–7 days’ advance notice whenever possible. Due to service demand and capacity limitations, immediate availability cannot be guaranteed.​For urgent or time-sensitive referrals, referring agencies, case managers, or community partners are encouraged to contact the Foundation as early as possible. While expedited service is not assured, ABCAF will make reasonable efforts to assess feasibility and coordinate support when capacity allows.
